New album and CD Release Party

On July 24, Red Meat's new album, "We Never Close" hits a record store near you. It's a 12 song cd, and by far the best Red Meat album to date. Once again produced by Dave Alvin and engineered by Mark Linett, we are very excited about this one, and we hope you like it as much as we do! Also on the bill are our friends from Tucson, the Hacienda Brothers, and our cousins from Missouri, Big Smith! Hosted by legendary San Francisco disc jockey M. Dung. Come on by and have a ball. We're hitting Europe, folks. Red Meat will play the 20th annual Country Rendez-Vous Festival in Craponne-sur-Arzon, France on Sunday, July 29. This is a three-day event, and it's the best country music festival in Europe. We can't wait to turn them on to some Red Meat. Also on the bill is Joe Ely, the Derailers, the Twangbangers, Rhett Akins, Cherryholmes, and many more. Visit the website for more information. If you're feeling a little extra jingle in your pocket, jet on over to Europe and jam with the Meat! We'll get you backstage.
